    Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialis

    t:-Own full-cycle recruiting (sourcing through close) across multiple functions, with a focus on Operations rol

    es-Partner directly with General Managers to define hiring needs and implement process improvemen

    ts-Build and manage top-of-funnel pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, outbound outreach, and talent intelligen

    ce-Utilize structured interview processes, including calibrated scorecards and work sampl

    es-Track and optimize recruiting metrics (pass-through rates, time-in-stage, source yield) to improve efficiency and outcom

    es-Drive best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring speed and quality throughout the hiring proce

    ss-Advise hiring managers on interview best practices, leveling, and decision-maki

    ng-Contribute to employer branding efforts, including campaigns, referrals, and even

    ts-Represent the firm externally in a highly competitive talent mark

    et-Collaborate on recruiting systems, dashboards, and process automation (e.g., Ashb

    st:-Experience as a founding recruiter or within an early-stage/startup environm

    ent-Interest in AI, human data, or emerging technolog

    ies-1โ€“4+ years of G&A recruiting experie

    nce-Experience owning full-cycle recruiting across both individual contributor and leadership ro

    les-Familiarity with a range of functions; exposure to technical recruiting (e.g., SWE/FDE) is a P

    LUS-Proven ability to build and scale recruiting processes in fast-paced environme

    nts-Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisi

    ons-Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with senior stakehold
