Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of new clients to establish a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s goals and circumstances.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to promote personal growth.
• Implement therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly assess their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy sessions via secure platforms to enhance accessibility for clients facing logistical or health-related barriers.
• Document clinical notes and treatment plans accurately and efficiently, adhering to ethical and legal standards to maintain client confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and networking opportunities to stay abreast of the latest mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and more. Your work will be vital in addressing the complex needs of individuals seeking guidance and support in managing their psychological well-being, ultimately contributing to improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as either LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional integrity.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting or offering remote counseling services.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
