- Cross-Functional Team Management: Build and lead cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, developers, and business analysts. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment to ensure successful project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to data projects and work proactively to develop mitigation plans. Monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize any negative impact on project outcomes.
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with technology stakeholders, such as IT infrastructure teams, software development teams, and database administrators, to ensure smooth integration of data projects into existing technology environments.
- Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization while meeting project goals and timelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and optimize project management methodologies to enhance project efficiency and delivery success.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
