General Laborer – Thin Brick
Watsontown, PA

Watsontown Brick, a trusted brand within the General Shale family, is seeking a General Laborer – Thin Brick to support daily manufacturing operations at our Watsontown, Pennsylvania production facility. This hands-on role is ideal for a motivated individual who can perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

The General Laborer – Thin Brick assists with production, maintains clean and organized work areas, and supports operators to ensure smooth plant operations. This role contributes to meeting production goals while upholding quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain production areas to support safe operations

  • Assist with thin brick production, including lifting, sorting, shoveling, and stacking materials

  • Perform manual material handling; frequent bending, lifting, and standing required

  • Operate basic hand tools and read tape measures for production tasks

  • Operate production machinery, including in damp environments

  • Fill in for other operators as needed to support plant operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Manufacturing experience preferred; on-the-job training provided

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays, as needed

  • Commitment to a zero-harm workplace
