    WHAT IS THE ROLE OF SUPPLY CHAIN AT GENERAL MILLS?

    General Mills' Supply Chain is one of the most respected supply chains in the industry today. Our Supply Chain makes the food the world loves. We buy ingredients to make our products, design capabilities and equipment, create and package food, and distribute our products .

    WHAT WILL I DO?

    As a Supply Chain Logistics Associate (SCLA) Intern, you will experience a robust 10-week internship at one of our US manufacturing plant locations with hopes that you’ll roll into our full-time SCLA program upon graduation. During your internship you will :

    • Lead complex projects while leveraging General Mills project management processes and standards
    • Managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain network, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations
    • Plan production schedules to meet business requirements and key events while maximizing production efficiencies

    WHERE WILL I WORK?

    You will be placed at one of our manufacturing plant locations nationwide.

    IS THIS YOU?

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management , Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management or related degree
    • Graduating in Winter 202 7 or Spring 202 8

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong academic record
    • Strong interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical and decision-making skills
    • Demonstrated understanding of supply chain principles and experience in process improvement initiatives

    The hourly rate for this position is $27.12/hour. General Mills strives to provide fair and competitive pay that reflects your skills, experience, and academic background. The pay for this role considers many factors, including, but not limited to, your degree program, major, and year in school. Beyond a competitive hourly rate, as a General Mills intern, you'll gain access to a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your overall development and wellbeing.
