• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patient behaviors, mental health needs, and social factors impacting wellbeing.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the healthcare team, ensuring alignment with diagnostic and care requirements.
• Serve as a resource for medical professionals regarding behavioral health concerns, offering consultations on psychosocial matters in patient care.
• Utilize telehealth technology to perform virtual therapy sessions, providing evidence-based interventions tailored to the patients’ specific circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic records documenting patient care, treatment progress, and any consultations or referrals made to external resources.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
