Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges to develop a nuanced understanding of their needs.
• Create detailed service plans that incorporate measurable goals, proposed interventions, and systematic progress monitoring to track client development.
• Provide individualized counseling and support to clients experiencing a variety of life challenges, assisting them in navigating obstacles and planning their future.
• Work collaboratively with clients to craft personalized service plans while connecting them to appropriate community resources and support systems.
• Offer crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and establish safety plans to ensure clients’ immediate needs are met.
• Engage and coordinate with community agencies and organizations to advocate on behalf of clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.

Compensation and Benefits
