Our mission is to empower clients to reclaim their lives through tailored treatment, emotional support, and community integration. We embrace an interdisciplinary approach, valuing collaboration among professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while aligning with our organization’s goal to deliver continuous care for our clients. As part of a supportive team, you will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, including medical staff and recovery coaches, to coordinate services and monitor clients’ well-being effectively. Communication via telehealth tools and electronic record systems will be a critical component of your daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional, mental, and social needs upon admission and throughout the detox process.
  • Develop and customize care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and the treatment team, focusing on individual goals and therapeutic needs.
  • Provide counseling services to clients and their families, addressing issues related to addiction, recovery adjustments, and emotional health.
  • Advocate for clients’ rights, ensuring access to necessary resources, including community services and support groups.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate integrated treatment approaches, promoting holistic recovery.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
  • Educate clients about the detox process and recovery options to empower informed decision-making and participation in their healing journey.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on clients undergoing detoxification and early recovery from substance use disorders. You will work closely with individuals facing various challenges, often dealing with intensive emotional and psychological hurdles. Your expertise will not only aid in their immediate recovery but also lay the groundwork for sustainable mental health and resilience in the long term.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid license as a Master Social Worker (LMSW) issued by the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in social work, preferably within a substance use treatment or detox environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of addiction recovery principles, behavioral issues, and community resources available for clients.
  • Demonstrated skills in assessment, counseling, and case management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building trust and rapport with clients and families.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) management and basic computer applications.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a remote capacity or utilizing telehealth practices.
  • Background in geriatric social work or working with populations dealing with complex emotional transitions.
  • Familiarity with evidenced-based practices in substance use treatment.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a robust benefits package that includes:
