Job description

Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is now hiring full-time Assistant Managers at our quick-service location at 6150 East Lake Sammamish Parkway Southeast in Issaquah (near Fred Meyer). The pay for this position will include an hourly wage between $25.00 and $28.00 and a potential monthly bonus based on the restaurant's performance.
These Assistants will work with the rest of the management team to oversee operations, hire and train staff, maintain Ivar's standards, and ensure unit profitability.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and must have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and flexible availability. For those who perform well and demonstrate a desire to take on additional responsibility, this opportunity could result in a pay raise and promotion to General Manager.
For the manager hired, Ivar's premium benefits package includes:
