Job SummaryResponsible for driving strategic sales initiatives into target accounts within key geographies. This includes targeting new businesses as well as existing accounts and managing existing customers. Serve and maintain relationships with OEMs and key customers to deliver innovative and effective solutions.Primary ResponsibilitiesProactively promote products and services within your assignmentCreate annual business plan, used to drive quarterly, monthly, weekly goals and activities with adjustments as neededFocus on developing and closing large, complex, multi-year programs and customersConduct your sales activities in full compliance with all procurement rules and regulationsExceeding assigned sales quotaExceeding published company sales activity matrixDevelopment of a strategic sales plan for each assigned named accountConduct a minimum standard of outbound phone calls per weekConduct a minimum standard of Face-to-Face sales calls with customers per weekConduct a minimum standard of virtual prospect calls per monthMaintaining a customer profile in CRM and record appropriate activitiesMaintaining an updated pipeline in CRM for all sales opportunitiesTo stay up-to date on new and emerging technologiesObtain technical sales certifications as required and directed by managementAttending all company sponsored training sessionsHelping to direct the sales activities of an assigned inside support personWillingness and ability to travel as required for sales cycles, client visits, industry events and company meetings.Other projects as neededRequired Skills and AbilitiesFive Years Outside Sales Experience, preferably within the managed services industryExcellent oral and written communication skills.The ability to be flexible, self-accountable, and work independentlyRequired Education and ExperienceBS/BA Degree in business or other related field and 5 years of experienceAssociate degree in related field and 6+ years of experience and/or training, OR5+ years of experience and/or training, OR Previous government contracting/IT sales experience preferredPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift 15 pounds at times #J-18808-Ljbffr
