    Job description

    About The Role

Fora is seeking an Advisor Events Manager, Boutique Experiences to lead the strategy and execution of boutique, high-impact experiences for our top advisors. This role will own a growing portfolio of curated events designed to deepen advisor engagement, strengthen partner relationships, and drive meaningful business outcomes.

This role builds and manages a year-round calendar of events, ensuring each experience is intentional, segmented, and aligned to the needs of our top advisors. This is an end-to-end ownership role, requiring both strong execution and thoughtful experience design, with a focus on precision, quality, and commercial impact.

Reporting to the Head of Advisor Events, this role collaborates closely with advisor segment owners and cross-functional partners to deliver best-in-class, high-touch experiences that reflect Fora's standard of hospitality and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Own end-to-end execution of advisor events, including planning, logistics, delivery, and post-event follow-up, ensuring a consistently high standard of quality and detail.
    • Develop and manage a calendar of partner-hosted networking events, premium experiences, and community programming tailored to specific advisor segments.
    • Translate high-level goals into structured plans, timelines, and run-of-show documents that keep multiple concurrent events on track.
    • Design thoughtful, high-value experiences that strengthen advisor engagement and create meaningful connections with partners.
    • Manage attendee journeys from invitation through follow-up, including communications, registration, and on-site experience.
    • Oversee event budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, and post-event reconciliation.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Travel Operations, Brand and Content, Finance, Communications, and advisor segment owners to ensure alignment and execution.
    • Build and maintain systems and workflows that support efficient event planning and scalability across multiple programs.
    • Track and communicate the commercial impact of events - including advisor engagement, supplier relationship development, and business outcomes - to inform future programming decisions or continuously improve our event offerings.
    Requirements
    • 4-6+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, community programming, or managing high-touch experiences
    • Proven ability to independently own events from planning through execution and post-event follow-up
    • Demonstrated experience managing multiple events or workstreams simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to build timelines, manage logistics, and drive execution across complex initiatives
    • Excellent communication skills, with experience managing internal stakeholders, external partners, and attendee communications
    • Experience designing and delivering high-quality experiences for targeted or VIP audiences
    • Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets, Airtable, and event or registration platforms
    • Experience managing event budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, and post-event reconciliation
    • A data-informed mindset, with experience using feedback and basic performance tracking to evaluate success
    Strongly Preferred
    • Experience in travel, hospitality, or a related high-touch service industry
    • Familiarity with segmented or tiered community programming
    • Experience with event technology platforms such as Splash or Cvent
    • Exposure to automation platforms, AI tools, or workflow systems
    • Curiosity about using data, tools, or emerging technologies to improve planning and execution
    • Experience supporting sponsorship or partner-driven event strategy
    • Baseline familiarity with reporting frameworks or event performance analysis
    Compensation

Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $100K-$130K + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we're considering multiple levels for this role.

    • Unlimited vacation

    • Dental & Vision Insurance
    • Wellhub Memberships
    • 401k plan with company match
    • Commuter Benefits
    • Supplemental Life Insurance
    • Stock Options

This role is based in our beautiful New York City office (Tribeca/Fidi) with lots of natural light and great views.
