Growing Direct Primary Care & Wellness Clinic
A growing direct primary care clinic is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to help expand and lead the clinic’s aesthetic and med spa service line.
This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who is passionate about cosmetic medicine, enjoys patient-facing autonomy, and wants to play a key role in building a rapidly growing aesthetic practice from the ground up.
The position will begin part-time with the expectation of transitioning into a full-time role within approximately 3–6 months.
Position Focus
This role is centered around aesthetic and cosmetic services rather than traditional primary care.
Services and procedures may include:
- Cosmetic injectables and aesthetic treatments
- Med spa services
- Laser procedures
- Skin tightening and body contouring
- Scar reduction and skin rejuvenation
- Patient consultations and treatment planning
The clinic utilizes Morpheus8, a leading radiofrequency microneedling platform commonly used for:
- Skin tightening
- Loose skin after weight loss
- Scar treatment
- Body contouring
- Skin rejuvenation
Core Responsibilities
The provider will primarily:
- Learn and operate aesthetic equipment and devices
- Perform cosmetic and med spa procedures
- Manage patient appointments and follow-up care
- Build strong patient relationships and retention
- Help grow and expand the clinic’s aesthetic offerings
- Contribute to the development of future cosmetic services
This position is ideal for someone looking to grow within the aesthetics space and take ownership of a developing service line.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about aesthetics and med spa medicine
- Comfortable working independently with a high degree of autonomy
- Patient-focused with strong communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and excited about helping grow a new program
- Interested in long-term growth within cosmetic medicine
Experience in aesthetics is preferred, but motivated candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
Schedule & Hours
Initial Schedule
- Minimum of 20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Potential schedules may include:
- Two full clinic days
- Several half days
- Other flexible arrangements
Future Schedule
- Expected transition to full-time
- Approximately 40–44 hours per week
Clinic Hours
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (administrative half-day)
Maximum expected shift length: 10 hours
Compensation
- Approximately $90/hour
- Structured as a 1099 independent contractor position
