Job description

Essential for filling open positions. This role is crucial in supporting our aggressive growth by managing a high volume of recruitment activities, primarily focused on scheduling a large number of interviews daily. Duties include reviewing and analyzing resumes, contacting potential candidates to screen qualifications, scheduling interviews, maintaining contact with candidates, and continuously updating the candidate tracker to ensure all communication is being logged and tracked.
Job Responsibilities
  • Efficiently schedule a high volume of candidate interviews daily using various communication methods (phone, email, text, recruiting platforms, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of candidate interactions and hiring processes in our applicant tracking system
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets and KPIs
  • Review resumes and applications to identify potential qualified candidates
  • Conduct pre-screening calls with candidates to confirm their qualifications meet the needs of the client as well as asses their interest in the position(s)
  • Assess relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes during pre-screenings to ensure they are suitable for the position they are being submitted for
  • Submit high quality candidates to hiring managers that fit the qualifications of the open position(s)
  • Build relationships with candidates and serve as the main point of contact throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Schedule interviews daily and confirm/follow up with candidates to ensure they will arrive to the interview at their scheduled time
  • Provide timely follow-up and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process as needed
  • Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure goals are being met daily
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in high volume recruiting preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
