Primary Responsibilities

• Develop high-value Team Members and future leaders
• Lead and build high-performing Teams
• Maintain a culture of accountability, growth, and hospitality
• Lead daily execution and operational excellence
• Manage scheduling and labor budgets
• Oversee food cost controls and inventory systems
• Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and standards

• 8+ Years of leadership & management experience in hospitality or food service.
