PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • DEVELOP HIGH VALUE TEAM MEMBERS
  • LEAD & BUILD HIGH PERFORMING TEAMS
  • LEAD DAILY EXECUTION
  • WEEKLY SCHEDULING
  • MANAGE LABOR BUDGETS
  • MANAGE FOOD COST CONTROLS & INVENTORY CENTERS
  • FACILITIES: CLEANING & MAINTAINING

REQUIREMENTS
  • 8+ Years of leadership & management experience in hospitality or food service.
  • Heart for team member and team development.
  • High level of organizational skill and ability.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Heart for life long learning.
  • Heart for HOSPITALITY.
