DESCRIPTION
The Firehouse | Johnson City, TN

At The Firehouse, our mission is simple:
Serve Great Food with Famous Hospitality while Growing Tomorrow's Leaders.
We are seeking a General Manager who can do far more than oversee restaurant operations. We are looking for a leader who can develop people, build strong teams, protect culture, uphold standards, and help carry our mission forward.
Our ideal candidate understands that great restaurants are built by great people, and great leaders create other leaders. This role is for someone who is passionate about coaching others, helping Team Members grow, and building an environment where people can thrive both personally and professionally.
We are not looking for someone to reinvent who we are. We are looking for someone who can embrace our values, strengthen our culture, and build upon the foundation that has allowed The Firehouse to serve our community for decades.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 8+ Years of leadership & management experience in hospitality or food service.
