    Responsibilities:
    • Identify, research, and prospect new data vendors, providers, and strategic partners aligned with Figure's pretraining data needs
    • Conduct outbound outreach and run initial discovery meetings with prospective vendors to evaluate fit, capabilities, and data offerings

    • Partner closely with AI research, data, and legal teams to translate technical data requirements into clear partnership criteria
    • Develop and maintain outreach processes, trackers, and documentation to scale partnership operations efficiently
    • Report pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and partnership progress to the Data Partnerships lead

    Requirements:
    • 1-2 years in business development, partnerships, sales development, consulting, or similar outbound-facing roles
    • Strong prospecting and outreach skills with a track record of building pipeline from scratch

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when engaging external stakeholders
    • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and translate them into compelling vendor conversations
    • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and managing multiple concurrent vendor relationships
    • Low ego, team player with can-do attitude

    Bonus Qualifications:
    • Experience sourcing data, content, or supplier partnerships for AI, robotics, or technology companies
    • Familiarity with machine learning, pretraining data, or AI/robotics industry landscape
    • A passion for helping scale the deployment of learning humanoid robots
