  • Build and manage relationships with 50–100 employers
  • Create job opportunities and coordinate hiring events
  • Coach participants for interviews and workplace success
  • Match talent to business needs and drive job placements
  • Help individuals overcome barriers and achieve economic independence

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Workforce Development, or related)
  • 5+ years in job development, recruiting, or sales
  • Strong networking, communication, and coaching skills
  • Passion for making a real impact in people’s lives
