Job description

The Mitsa group is growing. We operate Wingstop, Cantina Laredo, Fazoli’s, Einstein Brothers Bagels, and Taco Bell restaurants. Currently we have 21 restaurants and will be opening 6-8 more restaurants this year. We need managers of all levels. General managers, FOH managers, and BOH managers.

Mitsa Group General Managers have the responsibility for the successful operation of the restaurant. They must exhibit a balanced approach to developing the business by effectively managing people, quality of operations, and profitability. Our general managers take ownership

of the restaurant, hire, train, and develop their team members and managers.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •

Develop monthly P&L projections. • Responsibility for all aspects of

restaurant operations. • Maintain effective staffing levels through effective

management of employee retention and recruitment. • Identify performance

problems and develop and implement a plan of action to correct the problem. •

Ensure high quality of operations by adhering to company standards including

preparation/service procedures, health, safety, and sanitation standards. •

Effectively handle all guest complaints and crisis situations. • Actively

participate in the community to increase sales and enhance awareness of the

restaurant.Job description
