As a Line Cook at FatCats, you'll help create delicious pizzas, appetizers, entrees, and other menu favorites that keep our guests coming back. We're looking for an experienced cook who takes pride in food quality, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a fun, supportive team.

If you're passionate about food, thrive in a busy kitchen, and have 2-3 years of cooking experience, we'd love to meet you.

A Day in the Life

As a Line Cook, you'll:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Set up and stock your station for success
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and speed during service
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Work closely with teammates to deliver a great guest experience
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and stocked
  • Assist with prep work and kitchen cleaning tasks
  • Support the team wherever needed during busy periods
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of line cook experience in a restaurant, entertainment venue, or similar kitchen environment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong attention to detail and food quality
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one before starting)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with pizza ovens, fryers, grills, or high-volume kitchens
  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The Schedule

We're currently looking for cooks who can support our daytime or evening kitchen operations.

Typical shifts may start between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM and run through the afternoon or evenings, depending on business needs. Weekend availability is preferred.
