Position Summary
We are seeking a short-term AI Automation & Microsoft 365 Integration Engineer to design and implement an automated workflow that detects Microsoft Teams meeting transcripts and routes them to a designated SharePoint location for ingestion by Glean. The ideal candidate will have experience building lightweight AI/automation solutions, configuring Microsoft 365 permissions, and integrating cloud collaboration platforms.
Ideal Candidate
A Microsoft 365 Integration Engineer or Automation Engineer with hands-on experience building Power Automate or Graph API-based workflows who can quickly design, implement, and document a secure solution for automating transcript processing into Glean.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement an automated workflow to detect and process Microsoft Teams meeting transcripts.
- Configure Microsoft 365 permissions and integrations to securely move transcript files from OneDrive or Exchange to SharePoint.
- Build and configure a lightweight automation or AI agent using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, or similar technologies.
- Integrate SharePoint with Glean to streamline transcript ingestion and knowledge management.
- Troubleshoot authentication, permissions, and file access issues across the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Document the solution architecture, workflow, and support procedures.
- Provide knowledge transfer and implementation guidance upon project completion.

- Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
- Microsoft Graph API
- Power Automate and/or Azure Logic Apps
- SharePoint permissions and document libraries
- Microsoft Teams administration
- Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication and permissions
- Experience building workflow automation or AI agents
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
