Voice Technician - Pittsburgh, PA

Scope
We are seeking a motivated individual with strong technical expertise and customer service skills to provide onsite support for hospital telephony hardware across hospitals.
- Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining Avaya, SPOK, and Marketspark equipment, including phones, pagers, and servers.
- The role requires flexibility for shifts, on-call rotations, and occasional after-hours coverage.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, and general IT or telephony experience is preferred.
- On-call and after-hours responsibilities will be minimal until training is completed, as the required site support training is extensive.
