Work Environment

As a Mental Health Therapist at Ever Most Counseling Center, you will primarily work in a remote setting, providing convenience and flexibility. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs effectively and devise tailored treatment plans that cater to their unique circumstances.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other approaches to manage diverse mental health conditions.
• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute stress or emergencies, utilizing your expertise and compassionate demeanor to stabilize situations.
• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives and informational workshops to raise mental health awareness, combat stigma, and promote overall community well-being.

Your role will involve supporting clients grappling with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated cultural competence, with the ability to effectively engage with clients from various backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of clients’ progress.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in a community mental health setting is advantageous, as it provides insight into the challenges and nuances of serving diverse populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for client documentation and care management.
• Experience in crisis management and intervention, particularly in high-stress scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, with the final offer contingent upon your experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a robust benefits package which includes:
