This full-time position allows you to utilize your expertise in behavioral health while working from the comfort of your home. Your primary responsibility will be providing supportive therapy to adolescents and young adults, helping them overcome psychological challenges and achieve their mental health goals.

About the Organization

At Evans Care Treatment Center, we are committed to enhancing the mental well-being of our community. We focus on delivering high-quality behavioral health services tailored to the unique needs of adolescents and young adults. Our mission is to empower individuals by providing empathetic support, guiding them through their challenges, and helping them build a healthier mental state. We prioritize collaboration, ethical practices, and evidence-based interventions to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, providing flexibility in your daily schedule while maintaining a strong connection with colleagues through virtual consultations and collaborative meetings. You will work within an outpatient framework, focusing on client interactions primarily through telehealth sessions. Our state-of-the-art technology facilitates efficient communication and care delivery, ensuring you remain connected with your clients and team regardless of location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to address individual client needs concerning behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma response, and executive functioning.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique objectives and support their progress.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes, ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in continuous education and professional development by staying informed about best practices and emerging evidence-based techniques in behavioral health.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, social workers, and support staff, to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Address session management efficiently, triaging cases to prioritize immediate client needs while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision sessions to foster a culture of learning and mutual support.
  • Provide additional services as assigned, which may include community outreach, group therapy facilitation, or educational workshops.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on adolescents and young adults struggling with various mental health concerns. By utilizing evidence-based practices and individualized care, you will play a crucial role in helping these clients navigate their challenges, enhance their coping skills, and work towards personal growth. Your empathy and therapeutic skills will be pivotal in establishing trust and rapport, essential for effective treatment and long-term success.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Possession of an active and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients, motivating them to engage in their treatment actively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a substantial caseload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for fostering collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a telehealth setting or offering virtual therapy services.
  • Experience working with a diverse group of clients, particularly within the adolescent and young adult demographic.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant clinical documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions specific to anxiety, trauma, and depression.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflective of your experience and caseload. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance options, retirement plans, and generous paid time off. Additionally, we support your ongoing professional development with opportunities for continuing education, training workshops, and access to the latest resources in the field of mental health.
