Senior Home Care Sales Executive
(Excellent Full Benefits Package, Very Competitive Base Salary + Lucrative Bonus Structure and much more!)
Responsibilities:
- Drive referral growth by developing relationships with hospital discharge staff including social workers and RN case managers, area Rehabs and Physicians.
- Represent at community and healthcare events
- Work closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient/client satisfaction
Requirements
- Established referral relationships for home care patients. Private pay preferred.
- 2+ years home care sales
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Experience working with sales CRM software
