ERM is seeking a Consulting Associate, Land Services Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or Ewing, New Jersey. In this role, you'll support Project Managers and Partners by keeping complex land and right of way projects moving efficiently-from due diligence and documentation to budgeting and reporting. What You'll BringRequiredCollege degree. Or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet

PreferredKey ResponsibilitiesProvide highquality project support while balancing multiple, deadlinedriven tasks
Perform due diligence activities related to land and right of way projects, including easement review, landowner parcel research, and access agreement negotiation
Interface with company clients as needed
Maintain project and work management databases and generate periodic performance reports
Create, edit, and format documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Assist Project Managers with project budget setup, change orders, and closeout forms using ERM's Global Project Management System (BST database)
Provide operational support to Partners and Project Managers, including sales and budget reporting, opportunity tracking, cadence call coordination and followup, and action item tracking
Complete work assignments on time and in alignment with ERM's formatting and quality standards
For the Consulting Associate, Land Services Project Coordinator position, the anticipated annual base pay is $68,117-$79,821 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
