Job description

Job Summary
Carrier Access, Inc. is seeking a driven and consultative Enterprise Mobility Strategist to help organizations modernize how they connect, communicate, and operate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, partner-driven environment and is passionate about delivering business outcomes through mobility and 5G solutions.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients guiding them through the evolving landscape of wireless and mobility while leveraging our deep carrier relationships to deliver tailored solutions.
Essential Functions:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to drive deal progression
  • Travel as needed to support client engagement and business development efforts
  • Perform additional tasks as needed and/or requested.
  • Identify, develop, and close new mobility and wireless opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Manage and grow an existing book of business through proactive engagement and retention strategies
  • Consult with clients on mobility strategies including 5G, IoT, and device lifecycle
  • Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, pricing, proposal, and close
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in mobility, wireless, and network transformation
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting

Requirements
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of proven sales experience
Background in wireless solutions or telecommunications sales preferred
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience working in a commission-based or performance-driven environment is a plus
Required skills and abilities:
Strong ability to conduct efficient and effective sales calls and presentations
Confident in leading web conferences and virtual client engagements
Highly organized with a disciplined and strategic approach to daily sales activities
Persuasive communication and closing skills
Resilient, proactive, and competitive mindset
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with a coachable attitude and openness to feedback
Results-driven with the ability to perform under pressure and overcome challenges
