Behavior Technician (BT) - Magnolia, NC

At Empire ABA, we are dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices. As a passionate and supportive organization, we are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team!

Job Summary:
As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in various settings, including in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collect and document data on client progress. You will also collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in various settings
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus, but not required
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
