Job description

Community Outreach & Business Development SpecialistJoin the Empire ABA Team!

Empire ABA, a dynamic and innovative organization, is seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Community Outreach & Business Development Specialist to join our team in North Carolina. As a key member of our outreach team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies to build relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and stakeholders, ultimately driving growth and increasing our visibility across the state.

At Empire ABA, we provide personalized in-home ABA therapy that helps children build communication, social, and daily living skills while increasing independence and confidence in their natural environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive outreach and business development plans to increase Empire ABA’s presence in the community

  • Establish and maintain relationships with pediatricians, schools, clinics, case managers, and community organizations

  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and referral relationships

  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform outreach strategies and improve outcomes

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of outreach efforts with overall organizational goals

  • Represent Empire ABA at community events, meetings, conferences, and networking opportunities

  • Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management with referral sources

  • Manage and track outreach efforts, reporting progress to leadership and making adjustments as needed

Requirements:
  • No prior experience required — but a passion for community outreach, relationship-building, and helping families is a must

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Willingness to travel throughout North Carolina

  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

  • ABA or healthcare experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate

What We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation package (salary TBD)

  • Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic organization

  • Collaborative and supportive team environment

  • Flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time opportunities available

  • Meaningful work that directly impacts children and families in the community

If you're a motivated and mission-driven professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the community, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Join our team and help us expand access to compassionate, family-centered ABA services across North Carolina
