ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation
- Operate hand and power tools (air hammers, tampers, chainsaws, trenching tools, etc
- Clean and prepare work sites; remove debris; load and unload materials
- Assist equipment operators and Foremen with daily field activities
- Work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions
- Travel to job sites, including overnight out-of-town assignments; overtime may be required
- Participate in required training and perform traffic control as needed

Position Requirements
- CDL is required or able to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor tasks
- Ability to work outdoors and travel as needed
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to safe work practices
- Interest in learning to operate mini excavators and/or horizontal directional drill is required.
