Earn Haus Jobs Information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Market Research Interviewer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Market Research Interviewer, you need strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of survey techniques, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with survey software, data entry systems, and sometimes audio recording tools is typically required. Active listening, patience, and professionalism help interviewers build rapport and gather accurate information from diverse respondents. These skills and qualities are vital for collecting reliable data that informs critical business and marketing decisions.

What are some common challenges Market Research Interviewers face when collecting data from respondents?

Market Research Interviewers often encounter challenges such as respondents being reluctant to share information, providing incomplete answers, or misunderstanding questions. Building rapport and explaining the purpose of the research can help increase participation and data accuracy. Additionally, interviewers must remain neutral, adhere to scripts, and handle sensitive topics professionally to ensure unbiased results. Time management and adaptability are also crucial, as interviewers may need to adjust their approach depending on the respondent's communication style.

What are Market Research Interviewers?

Market Research Interviewers are professionals who conduct surveys and interviews to gather opinions, preferences, and other relevant information from individuals or groups. They often work for research firms, marketing agencies, or large organizations to help businesses understand market trends and consumer behavior. Their work involves asking questions, recording responses accurately, and sometimes analyzing data to support marketing decisions. Market Research Interviewers play a key role in helping companies make informed choices about products, services, or advertising. They may conduct interviews in person, over the phone, or online.

Job description

About Solvanta

Solvanta is a commercial real estate investment and brokerage platform focused on multifamily and middle-market investment sales. We work with private owners, operators, and investors to execute strategic transactions, not just list properties for marketing.
Our approach is analytical, relationship-driven, and execution-focused. We operate with an ownership mindset and expect the same from our team.

The Role: Broker Associate Commercial Real Estate

This is a high-performance, apprenticeship-style role designed to develop a top-tier commercial real estate broker. You will work directly under senior leadership, supporting multifamily and investment sales across Michigan and expanding markets.
This is not a passive desk role. It is a demanding, hands-on position requiring initiative, resilience, and ownership.
You will gain direct exposure to:
Underwriting and financial analysis
Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) and pricing strategy
Market research and comparable sales analysis
Prospecting and relationship development
Property tours and client meetings
Offering memorandum preparation
Strategic negotiation
Full-cycle deal execution from listing through closing

Resources and Mentorship

You will receive:
Direct mentorship from senior leadership
Access to underwriting models and proprietary valuation frameworks
CRM, data platforms, and market research tools
Exposure to investor relationships and capital strategy
Marketing support for offering materials
Structured accountability and performance tracking
We believe brokers should think like principals. You will learn how transactions truly work and not just how to market a property.

Requirements

Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License (or ability to obtain before training is finished)
Relentless work ethic
High level of personal accountability
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Comfort with rejection and high-volume outreach
Demonstrated track record of achievement (academics, athletics, leadership, entrepreneurship, etc.)

Ideal Candidate

Competitive
Entrepreneurial
Comfortable with performance-based income
Disciplined with time and structure
Motivated by long-term growth and wealth creation

Compensation

Commission based, higher performers can earn the chance at higher commission splits
Please upload your resume and a brief statement explaining why you are interested in Solvanta and commercial brokerage.

Flexible work from home options available.
