    Title: Operations Specialist

    Reports To: Business Operations Manager

    Department: GTM

    Location: Cincinnati, OH

    Position Status: Salary Exempt

    Job Summary:

    The Operations Specialist I (OS1) supports operational execution by ensuring adherence to established processes, standards, and service level expectations. The OS1 role focuses on training reinforcement, auditing, and scorecard execution to help deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for the Account Executives they are aligned to within the GTM segment.


    What You'll Do:

    • Train Account Executives (AEs) on proper procedures, tools, and best practices.
    • Provide day-to-day operational support for designated team(s).
    • Deliver training on new or updated SOPs.
    • Perform focused audits of AE processes, including project tagging, CDS tagging, and SLA compliance.
    • Maintain AE scorecards using established criteria and templates.
    • Support operational readiness for new product releases through training and documentation review.
    • Document audit findings accurately and consistently.
    • Escalate recurring issues, risks, or process gaps to OS2 or management.
    • Reinforce standard work and adherence to defined workflows.
    • Communicate expectations and feedback clearly and professionally.
    • Support operational consistency across assigned processes or segments.
    • Other duties as assigned by management.


    What You Need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, or a related field preferred.
    • 1-3 years of experience in operations, quality, auditing, training, or a related support role.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow defined processes consistently.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
    • Basic analytical skills with the ability to review data for accuracy and completeness.
    • Comfort learning new systems, tools, and technology quickly.
    • Strong time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to receive feedback and apply it to improve performance.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Teams.
    • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
