Job description
As a Senior Specialty Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our diverse range of Access Control, Networking, Burglar Alarm, A/V, and Video Surveillance systems across numerous client properties. Your duties will involve troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing these systems to maintain high performance and reliability standards, leveraging your extensive experience and expertise.

What you will be doing:
- Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce system downtime and enhance efficiency.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions to meet them.
- Install and program systems according to specifications for optimal performance and integration.
- Offer technical guidance and support to junior technicians, fostering their professional growth.
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to improve skills continuously.
You are a Rockstar and just what we need if you have Experience with:
- Access control systems: Brivo, Doorking, Linear, Openpath, and Keri.
- Camera systems: Digital Watchdog, Geovision, and Eagle Eye.
- Burglar alarm systems: Honeywell Vista Panels, Lynx Touch, and ProA7.
- A/V systems, :70V commercial systems, Russound, Control4, and Crestron.
- Networking principles and protocols, with the ability to troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated success in providing top-notch service and surpassing customer expectations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, adept at managing complex technical challenges.
