    Job description

    We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects. In this role, you will oversee complex technical projects in a dynamic and fast-paced industry, demonstrating strong problem-solving and leadership skills with minimal supervision. You will coordinate and align the goals and requirements of multiple partner teams, effectively manage changes, and ensure the project stays on track in terms of both schedule and budget.

    The ideal candidate will have owner's representative experience, as they will act as a liaison to protect and advance our interests throughout all project phases-from inception and planning to design, construction, completion, and closeout. Construction Project Manager Qualifications: 7+ years of experience of mission critical Project Management or Program Management experience Experience supporting large scale, commercial build projects within at least one of the following utility industries:?construction, energy/power/distro, data center, or fiber industries Experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, and infrastructure. Proficiency in project management & tracking tools - P6 software experience Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and risk management skills Knowledge of safety management best practices.

    Experience managing vendor relationships and understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry, including knowledge of fast-track design build processes and associated documents and agreements. Construction Project Manager Responsibilities: Managing the end-to-end scope of work Ensuring timely delivery of construction projects Manage data center construction projects from inception to completion. Support special research and development implementation, renovations, and upgrades of existing facility.

    Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer needs. Maintain responsibility from construction to deployment. Resolve highly critical issues within matrix organization while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs Provide oversight of the General Contractors helping to develop the sites Reviewing design documents and specifications?

    Selecting contractors and managing contracts? Overseeing project schedule and budget? Communicating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders?

    Ensuring quality control and compliance with regulations? Resolving conflicts and disputes Oversee infrastructure projects to ensure alignment with long-term expansion strategy. Develop detailed project plans, resource schedules, and risk management strategies for infrastructure and real estate projects.

    Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, including potential delays, risks, and mitigation strategies. Collaborate with vendors and external contractors to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Manage scope changes to balance project flexibility with budgetary and timeline constraints.

    Drive process improvements related to infrastructure, billing tools, and operational workflows. This is a contract position
