Job description

【Overview】

Responsible for overall marketplace performance and growth of high speed data products including PCIe Switch, PCIe Redriver, eUSB Redriver, USB Booster and Redriver product lines

【Key Responsibility】

Must be able to interface effectively and establish quick credibility and confidence with customers, channel partners and sales, as well as with the engineering, manufacturing, customer support, business operations, and business development teams.

This role requires a talented and flexible individual with strong communication skills, adept business knowledge, organizational abilities, and who is capable of bridging customer business requirements to technical feature set and broader market trends, indices, and capabilities.

Will develop strategic marketing plans for a product or product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing assessment, customer engagement, and business planning

Will define new product features and functionality in partnership with Engineering. Participates and acts as the customer's primary advocate on cross-functional development teams. Provides customer use-case examples to engineering and is the primary bridge between customer feedback and requirements and R&D.

Drives new business opportunities for the high speed data, like PCIe, USB and eUSB standard. Leads the assessment and resolution of customer satisfaction issues. Forecasts and drives revenue growth for the power management product lines. Creates strategic product line roadmaps to define product direction and features.

Drives and develops material for multiple product launches including press releases, product collateral, customer presentations, and sales training materials. Develops and drives competitive marketing campaigns to ensure market share and profitability. Collaborates cross-functionally on competitive selling, pricing, market development and field solutions.

- Defining new products pertaining to USB, PCIe, eUSB standards.

- Assess market trend and suggest new areas to get into to grow the product line.

- Presenting New Product Business Plan. Setting the pricing for new products.

- Launching new product with value proposition, target application and press

release.

- Regular product training to the sales/FAE and distributors.

- Working closely with sales to meet customers on a regular basis to identify their

needs and report back to the headquarter.

- Prepare annual plan and meet/exceed the target.

- Travel in worldwide to work closely with major OEMs.

Ability to travel up to 25%.

【Qualifications】

- Comprehensive understanding of the marketing, product development, and

product planning process

- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively utilize

internal resources to meet project deadlines and objectives

- Ability to present to and negotiate with all levels within the organization

including executive level

- High level of motivation with the ability to operate under minimal supervision

and guidance

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, Project)
