    Job description

    Drive innovation as a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test for Dialpad’s AI Voice Agent services from a Canadian office. Focus on developing test automation and quality assurance strategies.
    As a Sr. SDET, you will harness your expertise to establish robust automated tests and frameworks. Your role will include collaborating with development teams, implementing quality checks in CI/CD processes, and mentoring junior engineers in best practices for AI testing. You will also handle performance tests while ensuring systems are resilient and observably performant.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Own end-to-end quality for workflows in AI features
    • Establish automation tooling for AI-driven systems
    • Build evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy
    • Drive 80%+ automation coverage for critical integerations
    • Mentor engineers on AI quality best practices
    Requirements:
    • 5+ years experience in software development or SDET
    • Experience with distributed SaaS applications
    • Proficiency in AI/ML systems and coding
    • Familiarity with automation frameworks and CI/CD
    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
