Job Description

MS CRM Dynamics Developer

Washington, DC

Top Skills:

1. This person will need to have a strong technical background with MS Dynamics CRM. The current "expert" on the team learned CRM by working with contractor's American brought in. Need somebody (senior developer) that can help with best practices.
2. Good experience with .net, API's, and JavaScript - a lot of the initial work will be heavy maintenance and some enhancements/development
3. Experience speaking with business owners/ability to handle functional conversations is required - they need to be well rounded.
Experience with Ellucian Recruiter is a huge plus.

The Senior CRM Developer is responsible for supporting the enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform in support of the university's enrollment management needs and guiding them on best practices with CRM based on their development experience. The university's CRM product is Ellucian's CRM Recruit based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM which is extended using Web APIs, JavaScript and .NET programming languages. This position is responsible for the completion of multiple concurrent and complex CRM-based technology projects, including performing requirements gathering, solution assessment, technical design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance and improvement. (The majority of the work for this individual will be maintenance, with conversations with business owners to help with best practices as the rest of the time, primarily).
The Senior CRM Developer reports directly to the Director, Student Information Systems, and is a member of the Student Information Systems (SIS) team in the Office of Information Technology. This position works closely with the CRM team members to build state of the art CRM solutions. This position deals directly with key senior leadership across the university and works collaboratively with academic and administrative units across the university including marketing, admissions, financial aid, and student accounts.

Develop integration processes using Web Services APIs and third-party integration tools
