Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced UX Research Program Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale research initiatives across complex, cross-functional organizations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in research operations, stakeholder management, and UX methodologies, ensuring that design and research programs are strategically aligned with business goals and executed with excellence.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee large, complex UX research programs across multiple teams and product lines.
  • Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering teams to define research goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain scalable processes, documentation, and frameworks to support research operations.
  • Coordinate and manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies across global research initiatives.
  • Collaborate with and manage external research vendors to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Support the creation and implementation of research methodologies, user testing frameworks, and data synthesis processes.
  • Communicate research insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in UX research practices and program management.
 
Experience (Required):
  • 5+ years of experience managing large, complex research programs in enterprise or global-scale organizations.
  • 5+ years of experience with design, user research, and UX craft, including research methodologies, user testing, and UX systems.
  • Proven experience managing research vendors, contracts, and deliverables.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to prioritize, track progress, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate research insights into actionable business and product recommendations.
 
 Experience (Desired):
  • Experience working in a technology, SaaS, or product-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Dovetail, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
 
Education:
  • Bachelor's or degree in or a related field or equivalent work experience.
