Dart is Now Hiring CDL-A Local & OTR DriversEarn Up to $80,000 per Year with Consistent Miles Sign-On Bonus Select Markets - 99% No-Touch FreightLocal, Regional, and OTR Routes Available!


More home time means more family time at Dart. We’re hiring Local, Regional, and OTR CDL-A drivers with routes designed to fit your lifestyle. Dart was built by truckers and is still run by truckers — we know what matters behind the wheel. Whether you’re looking for daily home time or steady long-haul miles, Dart has an option that works for you.

Do not wait, these routes will fill up quickly!


Our Driver Benefits Include:
  • Multiple Route Options: Local, Regional and OTR
  • Annual Income: $70,000 - $80,000*
  • Sign-On Bonus: Available in select locations*
  • 99% no-touch freight
  • Select routes offer weekends off
  • Higher pay for military veterans 
  • Paid orientation 
  • Additional benefits below!

(*Depending on location and shift)


Additional Benefits:
  • Excellent benefits including health, dental, life insurance & 401(k)
  • Paid vacation & holidays
  • 401(k) with company match 
  • Passenger ride along program
  • Average 2,500-2,800 miles per week 
  • Late model equipment 
  • No driver facing cameras
  • New referral program
  • $0.04 CPM on all miles the referred driver runs during the first year
  • $0.02 CPM in perpetuity after the first year
  • No cap and no limit on referrals


Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Class A CDL
  • Must have at least 6 months of driving experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be willing to submit to a hair follicle drug test
