    ACTIVE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED About This Role We're looking for a skilled Hybrid Cloud Platform Engineer to join a collaborative Agile team building and maintaining a large-scale Platform as a Service (PaaS) capability for an Intelligence Community customer. This is mission-critical work — you'll be helping teams across multiple security domains deploy applications and data services on a modern, cloud-native platform. If you enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, working across teams, and making a tangible difference in national security, this role is a great fit.

    What You'll Do Operate and maintain Red Hat OpenShift environments across multiple security domains — both in the cloud and on-premises (vSphere) Support key OpenShift frameworks including Crossplane, Kyverno, and Red Hat GitOps Deploy OpenShift to new sites as the platform expands Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand integration needs and scale the platform accordingly Partner with Security teams to ensure compliance and build secure-by-design solutions Manage data services including RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, and the Elastic Stack Write clear, thorough documentation to support teammates and future maintainers What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field 5–8 years of developer or platform engineering experience Active TS/SCI clearance DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (one of the following): Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA Nice to Have (but not all required — bring what you have!): Hands-on experience deploying and managing Red Hat OpenShift in cloud or vSphere environments Familiarity with AWS Scripting skills in Python or Shell, and comfort with Git Experience with Linux (RHEL/RHCOS, CentOS) CI/CD experience using GitLab CI or Jenkins Knowledge of container technologies — Docker, Kubernetes, and the broader CNCF ecosystem Why You'll Love Working Here Work on meaningful, high-impact missions that matter at a national level Join a team that values autonomy and trust — you'll own your work Grow your skills in a modern cloud-native environment * Be part of an Agile team that moves fast and collaborates openly Ready to Apply?
