This range is provided by Cypress HCM. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $90.00/hr - $125.00/hr Description: The team develops and upholds best practices and guidelines for our creative teams.

This is to ensure consistency, efficiency, compliance, and quality across creative assets. Standards Leads are expected to bring a strong perspective (and the hands-on experience to back that perspective) to establish technical, editorial and creative quality for guidelines. We are seeking an interim Standards Strategy Lead to drive creative and tech initiatives that require the development and implementation of global standards.

This role works with different cross-functional teams, requiring exceptional planning, communication, and strategic skills. Duties: Serve as the team representative on cross-functional initiatives requiring global standards, regardless of their origin. Identify, engage, and communicate with relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Collate, codify, and document comprehensive standards for each initiative, ensuring alignment with objectives and collaborating with Craft Leads (and other cross-functional partners) as needed prior to rollout or productization. [nice to have] Develop and execute communication and rollout strategies for global initiatives, partnering with regional teams to tailor implementation as needed. What we are looking for: A proactive, collaborative team player with a passion for creative excellence and operational rigor.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders including creative and tech teams The ability to coordinate tasks and resources, identify key team members, set clear objectives, develop detailed plans, and monitor progress to keep stakeholders informed. Strong analytical skills to align initiatives with business goals, anticipate challenges, and propose effective solutions. [nice to have] Expertise in assessing the impact of change, engaging stakeholders, developing communication strategies, and ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.

Skilled at building consensus and fostering a culture that embraces change. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
