Are you a hospitality professional looking for a dynamic leadership role in a fast-paced and guest-centric environment? Look no further - Staybridge Suites in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a talented Front Desk Manager to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service for our guests. Your duties will include:

  • Supervising and leading a team of front desk agents
  • Providing training and guidance to front desk staff
  • Ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Resolving guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Managing room reservations and availability
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a front desk or guest services role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite; IHG and HotelKey experience a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous lead, supervisor, or management experience preferred
  • Comfortable coaching associates and holding brand standards

  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
