DESCRIPTION
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the face of the hotel and is responsible for delivering a welcoming, efficient, and brand-compliant guest experience. This role ensures smooth check-in/check-out, handles reservations, and supports daily operations in alignment with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts service standards.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior hotel/front desk experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, especially during evening or night shifts
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
