Job description

Earn $25-30+ per hour (hourly and commission) as a Lead Generator with Mountain Home Services!
 
Our Lead Generators work onsite at our partner retail locations (in Layton and/or Ogden), greeting and engaging with customers face-to-face while generating interest in scheduling service appointments for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance & replacement. We’re looking for motivated, sales driven & career-minded people to join our field team! Energetic, outgoing, tenacious people who enjoy working with the public and have a little competitive spirit tend to be very successful in this position! This is not a door-to-door sales position; you will be able to take comfort in the A/C of a retail store! The flexibility of the position provides a great opportunity for retirees, college students and those looking for flexible or part-time work!

Do I have What it Takes?
  • Required to be standing/walking or sitting for 4-8 hours at a time

  • Retail sales experience highly preferred
  • No HVAC or Water Treatment experience needed, we will train you!
