At Crocs, Inc., every career offers a chance to make a real impact. No two journeys look the same. And that's exactly how we like it. Whether you're welcoming customers into our stores, collaborating with global teams at our headquarters, or keeping operations moving at our distribution centers, your impact is real and valued. At Crocs, Inc. you're not expected to fit a mold. You're encouraged to break it and create something better.
    Overview
The Associate Account Executive (AAE) supports the sales organization by driving strong execution at the account and category level. This role partners closely with Account Executives, Key Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence, execute go-to-market plans, and support disciplined growth. The AAE builds foundational retail planning acumen, including Open-to-Buy (OTB), inventory flow, and receipt timing, to ensure recommendations are both compelling and actionable.
    What You'll Do
    • Drive weekly sales reporting (SPS, ATS/ATP, on-order) and performance analysis, delivering actionable insights that connect sell-in, sell-through, inventory levels, and OTB realities.
    • Build and maintain go-to-market tools including VLPs, forecasts, linelists, custom catalogs, and sell-in decks to support seasonal strategies and account storytelling.
    • Support end-to-end account execution including order entry, order management, PO tracking, detail sheets, and coordinated product/sample management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
    • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Demand Planning, Finance, Product, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service to align on forecasts, inventory health, and execution against key milestones.
    • Track and analyze account performance across sell-in and sell-through; develop weekly recaps and monthly/seasonal summaries (BTS/Holiday), identifying risks, opportunities, and growth drivers.
    • Support retail marketing and marketplace execution, including image requests, store visits, style-outs, and competitive/consumer insights; translate store-level observations into actionable business implications.
    • Prepare and support account meetings, pre-lines, and seasonal reviews, including showroom setup, GTM deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure clear next steps and execution.
    • Manage ad hoc requests and operational priorities (e.g., reporting, MAP inputs, travel coordination), maintaining strong organization and consistent communication across internal and external partners.

What You'll Bring to the Table
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 1-3 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or operations; retail, wholesale, or footwear experience preferred.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect sales performance to inventory, OTB, and retail math fundamentals.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build effective partnerships across Sales, Planning, and Operations teams.
    • Clear, professional communication skills with a direct, solution-oriented approach and strong follow-through.
    • Working knowledge and interest in the U.S. retail and wholesale landscape, including consumer behavior, competitive dynamics, and marketplace trends.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with comfort in sales reporting, forecasting, and presentation development.
    • Ability to travel as needed (including overnights) and support in-store execution; able to lift up to 40 lbs when required.
    • Boston, MA or Charlotte, NC based preferred
