What You'll Do

• As a Press Operator, you will:

• Operate and monitor advanced flexographic printing and production equipment

• Perform machine adjustments to maintain quality and production standards

• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues

• Conduct quality inspections and verify product specifications

• Complete production documentation and reporting

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Paid Training

Competitive pay and shift differentials: Base Pay, $25-$29/hr

• 1st shift $25-$29/hr

• 2nd shift $25-$29/hr + 15% differential ($28.75-$33.35/hr)

• 3rd shift $25-$29/hr + 20% differential ($30-$34.80/hr)
