    Job Description:
    This is a high-execution role responsible for the end-to-end technical setup, monitoring, and reporting of digital campaigns. You will be the primary operator within our ad and email platforms, ensuring that data flows seamlessly across systems without the use of manual Excel sheets. This role focuses on technical precision, tracking integrity, and leveraging AI to automate production workflows.
    Key Responsibilities
    - Campaign Execution & Monitoring
    • Platform Management: Set up and monitor all campaigns across ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, 6Sense, Reddit.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct a final review of all emails and landing pages, verifying links, tags, and tracking before deployment.
    • AI Automation: Actively leverage AI tools to automate campaign creation, copy testing, and manual production tasks.
    Data Flow & Technical Accuracy
    • Systems Integration: Ensure data flows appropriately between 6Sense, HubSpot, Salesforce, and the data lake to eliminate manual audience management.
    • Tracking Integrity: Manage all tracking parameters (UTMs, pixels, and event tags) to ensure clean data for attribution models.
    • Audience Implementation: Deploy campaigns using verified "Audience IDs" to ensure targeting matches our centralized data strategy.
    Reporting & Analytics POC
    • Reporting Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Data & BI pod to ensure all campaign data is captured for reporting.
    • Dashboard Accuracy: Monitor and validate performance data within dashboards to ensure executive reporting is accurate and timely.
    • Operational Reporting: Build and maintain real-time monitoring reports for anonymous tactics to track full-funnel performance.
    Job Qualifications:
    • Execution Expertise: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot and major paid ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
    • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of data flows, API triggers, and marketing tracking (GTM, pixels, UTMs).
    • AI Adoption: Demonstrated experience or high aptitude for using generative AI to streamline marketing operations.
    • Efficiency Obsessed: A track record of replacing manual spreadsheets with automated system processes.
