Job description

Overview
The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico ranging from classic and modern luxury full-service hotels, to fine dining and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing exceptional service to hotel guests by ensuring all minibars are stocked, clean, and operational.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests regarding minibar items promptly and courteously.
  • Check and replenish minibars in guest rooms daily or as scheduled.
  • Stock the mini-bar cart with the necessary items in order to maintain the par level on a daily basis.
  • Maintain track and complete daily worksheet of mini bar stock.
  • Responsible for replenishment of Mini bar items in rooms.
  • Report any technical issues, such as non-functioning minibars, to the maintenance team.
  • Ensure products in Mini-Bar are not expired and take the proper procedure to remove those products as necessary.
  • Make daily purchase requisitions to maintain a healthy stock level of products in the warehouse.
  • Properly complete, maintain and track inventory in assigned storerooms.
  • Ensure all duties found in the refreshment center inspection/attendant evaluation checklist are followed including completing assigned floors, cleanliness of assigned mini-bars, menus are present, inventory is complete, and reports are accurately filled out.
  • Display appropriate two-way radio etiquette at all times.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor.
  • Complete safety training and certifications.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications
  • Hospitality oriented
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale ( POS ) systems, Handheld POS is preferred.
  • Knowledge in inventory, store requisition software and reporting tools is preferre.
  • Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must possess good communication skills in Spanish and English.
