In this full-time telehealth role, you will leverage evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care for individuals navigating a multitude of mental health challenges. Work Environment

This role is designed for a fully remote setting, allowing you to conduct sessions through our secure telehealth platform. You will enjoy the flexibility of creating your own schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call responsibilities. By incorporating advanced digital tools for documentation and patient care, you will streamline your workflow and focus primarily on the therapeutic relationship with your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly video sessions with individual adults, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique needs.
• Implement structured treatment plans based on automated assessments, monitoring clients' progress towards their specified goals.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and psychiatric providers to ensure holistic, comprehensive treatment for clients, incorporating interdisciplinary insights.
• Utilize advanced electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation, treatment tracking, and maintaining clinical notes efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing clinical consultations and support sessions, engaging with leadership to enhance your practice and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus on a wide array of adult clients, including those facing acute mental health crises, chronic disorders, and varying levels of psychological distress. You will be expected to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally sensitive and responsive care that meets the unique needs of each patient. The focus is on fostering a safe environment where clients feel valued and supported, ultimately empowering them to overcome their challenges.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience as an independently licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist, specifically in settings dealing with adult populations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based interventions, demonstrating a solid track record in working with diverse mental health disorders.
• Proven ability to work with higher-risk populations, employing crisis intervention strategies when necessary.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic medical record systems, showcasing a willingness to embrace digital healthcare solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience, and includes potential performance-based bonuses.
