    Job description

    CWS seeks a Wireless NOC (WNOC) Lead to lead the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) Network Operations Center (NOC) contract Wireless NOC. The Wireless NOC (WNOC) Lead leads the Wireless NOC responsible for monitoring and maintaining CBP's tactical communications systems, including LMR and COTHEN.
    Duties & Responsibilities
    • Manage WNOC operations in Orlando, FL.
    • Oversee monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response for wireless and radio systems.
    • Coordinate with field engineers and CBP technical teams for issue resolution.
    • Produce performance and incident reports.
    • Maintain WNOC documentation and SOPs.
    Required Qualifications
    • ย 5+ years in wireless communications or network operations.
    • CompTIA or CCNA certification.
    • Strong understanding of radio and cellular network systems.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's in IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
    • Familiarity with DHS TACCOM and COTHEN systems.
    Place of Performance
    • CBP Wireless Network Operations Center - Orlando, FL.
    • Must have favorably passed a full five (5) year background investigation (BI) required by CBP policies and procedures for employment prior to beginning work with CBP.
